Lady Lilac Farm is owned and operated by Ryan and Jennifer Flinton along with our five-year old son Jadon. It's hard to believe that all of this came to be from a single Saanen doe that was Jennifer's 4-H project. The farm now has about 150 goats of all ages and breeds but Saanen's still have the majority. We started actively building the barn which has the milkhouse and parlor in 2005. After three years we finally reached our goal of becoming a GRADE A dairy. Our next milestone came in July of 2008 when we started shipping our milk to a local cheese processor.

The farm is located in the town of Galway which is part of Saratoga County, New York. As we grow the farm in the next couple of years we will be adding more to the value-added products in addition to the goat milk soap. We will also get into more of the farm tours, but you may contact us to set up an appointment to see the farm now.
